The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a super nice area, really close to harbor, nature and beach, the city centre directly beside the marina and the marina. The location of this venue was quiet and lovely. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to Pelican Bay Aquatic Center...

Brand-new hotel that is excellent and clean. the staff is very amiable and attentive, providing helpful recommendations. the rooms are new-fashioned and incredible, featuring terraces with stunning views. the hotel offers good food and excellent service. the location by a green area adds to the overall lovely experience.

The setting here is so chill, perfect for unwinding. 💆 the staff are super friendly too, always ready to help out.

The private beach was such a delight, especially with the lovely smell of algae. The fitness center was fantastic, except for the lack of a fridge to store my post-workout snacks.

I was delighted to find out that the hotel was mindful of the environment, as they recycled and encouraged their guests to do the same.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, right next to the marina and away from the busy city center. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff who are always attentive to your needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially loved the terrace with its stunning view of the ocean. The breakfast selection is excellent and I enjoyed dining at the restaurant and bar, which served delicious food. There are also plenty of activities to do here, like stand-up paddling, biking, and even renting motorcycles. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this place.

The staff were not very experienced and seemed overwhelmed at times.

Communication and language barrier.

We loved the location of the hotel, right beside the marina and outside of the city centre. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a private beach, pool, and a bar and grill serving delicious food. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, with a stunning view of the ocean.

Nothing, it is perfect.

My stay during new year was okay. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the beach and close to some eateries. The room was spacious and comfortable enough to accommodate my family. They provided us with complimentary drinks upon arrival and some snacks in the room. The view from the balcony was stunning, and we had a great time watching the sea waves and enjoying the fresh air.

The hotel staff was unhelpful, unfriendly, and seemed untrained. We didn't feel welcomed or valued as guests.

Amazing SPA, comfy beds, stunning view, delicious breakfast, excellent service, well-thought concept, mindful of the environment, beautiful and clean hotel, great breakfast selection, board games available, highly recommend!
